Choose a workspace

Choose an accessible workspace or start creating one on your Travian server.

At a glance

In Trapitan: /workspaces.

Who can open this page: Authenticated user; cards are listed by ownership or active membership, with retained alliance-departed memberships shown disabled; entitlement is checked on opening the dashboard.

What you see

The first card is the plus-shaped Create Workspace action. Active workspace cards show the workspace name, a shortened server label, Active workspace and Launch Workspace. Inactive workspaces appear as disabled cards. Retained memberships that became inactive after an alliance departure appear disabled with the explanation that you are no longer in that alliance. The cards do not display your linked Travian account or verification status. Sign out appears beneath the selector.

Who fills in each field

These cards are assembled from your ownership and membership relationships. A card being listed does not prove that its entitlement is enabled or that your membership is verified.

Freshness and updates

Reloading the selector reads the latest stored relationships and workspace status. The list does not poll live game membership. Account verification and the enabled workspace entitlement are evaluated separately when you enter the workspace.

Actions and permissions

Who can take action: The actor and permission for each action are listed below. Who can perform each action depends on the server's checks, independently of whether navigation or a button is visible.

Action Actor Permission
Open workspace signed-in-member Only accessible workspace; dashboard checks enabled entitlement and owner/active membership
Create workspace signed-in-member Authenticated user; creation checks current server/roster account eligibility

In Trapitan, use Launch Workspace on an active card. Dashboard access requires the workspace entitlement and ownership or active membership. Unverified members, including owners, can see the verification version of Overview; other features remain locked until verification. Use the plus card to open the creation page. Sign out clears the web session and returns to login.

States and edge cases

With no active, inactive or alliance-departed cards, the page says No workspaces yet and suggests creating one or asking a manager for an invitation. Disabled cards cannot launch. A revoked or absent membership can prevent dashboard access even if you kept an old URL. A disabled entitlement also prevents opening the dashboard; listing uses membership and ownership, rather than filtering those cards by entitlement.
